Keith Martin
President
Keith Martin is a Web-Business leader at Royal & SunAlliance Canada, where he manages a
team that is moving business processes to the Internet. He has taught at Ryerson University’s
Business School, focusing on “Concepts of E-Business.” Keith is a member of the Board of
Directors and a past president of the Club canadien, a French-language speakers club in Toronto,
and he is active in numerous other volunteer and community activities. He holds a BA in Economics
(Honours) from McGill University, a Masters of Politicial Science from the University of Western
Ontario, and a Masters in International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International
Affairs, Carleton University.

Rebecca Low
Vice-President
Rebecca Low is Director of Operations for the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council, otherwise known as TRIEC. A program of The Maytree Foundation, TRIEC’s mission is to find and implement nimble, local and practical solutions that lead to meaningful employment for skilled immigrants. Prior to joining TRIEC, Rebecca was the Director General, Research and Regional Operations (outside Quebec) for the Canadian Unity Council’s Centre for Research and Information on Canada.
Originally from Calgary, Rebecca also brings with her a decade of experience working as a senior political advisor to federal and provincial cabinet ministers. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in both Canadian Studies and Political Science from Carleton University. Growing up in Calgary, she attended French immersion school and is now actively involved as a national board member of French for the Future/ Français pour l'avenir.

Jo-Ann Davis
Treasurer
Jo-Ann Davis is a Senior Associate with Leman Group, a Toronto-based management consulting firm, specializing in the delivery of critical initiatives and large one-time change for Fortune 500 firms and government ministries and agencies. Jo-Ann holds a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from the Universityof Toronto, a Masters in Chinese Government from the School of Oriental & African Studies (SOAS), and was PhD candidate in Government at the London School of Economics (LSE) until taking a leave from studies to pursue professional goals. In addition to her academic pursuits, Jo-Ann’s long standing interest in politics and international affairs is reflected in her involvement with policy-focused organizations both in Canadaand abroad, including the CIIA, the Fabian Society and the European Movement. In addition to her work for the CIIA Toronto branch, Jo-Ann currently works with advocacy, international development, and health education and fundraising groups, in Toronto. Jo-Ann has lived in Londonand Hong Kong, and has traveled extensively. She and her fiancé are currently writing a collection of fables, Stories of the Panda.

a variety of public and private
sector professionals with a
background in international
relations. Their primary
responsibility is to provide
governance, manage the financial
affairs of the organization, and
represent the interests of the
membership. Specifically, they
organize events, provide guidance to
the branch, and manage the annual
activities.
