Keith Martin
President
Keith Martin is a Web-Business leader at Royal & SunAlliance Canada, where he manages a
team that is moving business processes to the Internet. He has taught at Ryerson University’s
Business School, focusing on “Concepts of E-Business.” Keith is a member of the Board of
Directors and a past president of the Club canadien, a French-language speakers club in Toronto,
and he is active in numerous other volunteer and community activities. He holds a BA in Economics
(Honours) from McGill University, a Masters of Politicial Science from the University of Western
Ontario, and a Masters in International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International
Affairs, Carleton University.

Rebecca Low
Vice-President
Rebecca Low is the Canadian Unity Council's Director for Ontario and the Atlantic provinces. The majority of her time is spent with the Council's Centre for Research and Information on Canada. Her work supports CRIC's mission of: informing and educating Canadians on Canada's place in the world; sensitizing Canadians to the principles and functioning of the Canadian federation and its institutions; as well as promoting discussion and debate on the issues that divide regions, provinces and groups within Canada. She is actively promoting the civic engagement of Young Leaders (20s-late 30s) through the establishment of an interactive Young Leaders Luncheon series across Ontario and the Atlantic.
Originally from Calgary, Rebecca brings with her a decade of experience working as a senior political advisor to cabinet ministers in Ottawa and Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in both Canadian Studies and Political Science from Carleton University. Growing up in Calgary, she attended French immersion school and is now actively involved as a national board member of French for the Future/ Français pour l'avenir. She was also recently named Vice President of the Canadian Institute of International Affairs (Toronto Branch).

Millie Poon
Treasurer
Millie Poon is an associate with Catalyst Capital Group. Previous to that, she worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers
for 5 years as a manager in their insolvency and restructuring group, specializing in the Latin American market.
Millie is a designated Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst, and obtained her Bachelor of Commerce
from University of British Columbia.
Millie has traveled extensively in Latin America and Europe, for both work and personal reasons. Millie speaks
Spanish, French, and Cantonese, and has a deep personal interest in international affairs issues.

a variety of public and private
sector professionals with a
background in international
relations. Their primary
responsibility is to provide
governance, manage the financial
affairs of the organization, and
represent the interests of the
membership. Specifically, they
organize events, provide guidance to
the branch, and manage the annual
activities.
